⁣Every once in a while I need to purge my old, used balloons that
survived their popping sessions. Today, I thought of a creative way to

To use paw patrol to do nasty things with it, I think it's cool if you had waxed on the balloon and then popped the balloon would have been so cool

I had previously, but it was dried. I don't like to do so when it's wet because that makes a mess haha
