It's an acetone base glue for vinyl. They sell this as repair kit for pools in my country. Read the other comments here, there are more info.

It's an Argentine brand with no sources and no specs. Anyway, I did my homework. It is a adhesive based on acetone for plastics. Avoid all cyanoacrylate glues, like super glue. It becomes crystals and cracks. Maybe someone here can recommend a glue for you.
